Therapeutic Massage - 1 hr $70 • 1.5 hrs $85.
Sessions include an integration of techniques to best meet the needs of the client. These sessions may also include breath work and energy work as appropriate.

Energy Balancing - Reiki- 1 hr $70
Through gentle healing touch we have the opportunity to access and connect to the deepest part of ourselves. This connection supports us in releasing the past, being fully present in the moment and filling us with joy and vitality for future endeavors.

Cranial Sacral Therapy - 1 hr $70
This is a gentle hands on method for enhancing the body's own healing capabilities through the cranialsacral rhythm. This healing modality allows for the release of physical, mental, and emotional tension and enhances the function of every system in the body. Gentle, yet profound.

Spiritual/Intuitive Counseling - 1 hr $70
From a heart centered space; truth, clarity and insight emerge naturally. May also be integrated with any session.

Sessions for Children - 1 hr $50 or donation
Ear candling, cranial sacral therapy and reiki are wonderful for children. For those who are experiencing ADD/ADHD, autism, or hyperactivity, cranial sacral therapy has been documented to assist these conditions. Both reiki and CST are excellent for children of trauma or for those going through transition.
