• Close your eyes - Feet are on the ground
• Breathing deeply – Exhaling fully - several times
• Imagine breathing yourself in with each breath
• Focus on your heart energy (center of chest)
• Just BE in your heart space
• Let nurturing, loving feelings emerge and spread
• Being fully present in the moment
• Continue with even flowing breathes
• When you feel complete, open your eyes

Excavating Limiting Thoughts
• Close your eyes – Feet are on the ground
• Three deep cleansing breaths
• Allowing your awareness to settle within the mind
• What thoughts are limiting you from honoring SELF
• Neutrally observe what comes in
• Acknowledge and think these thoughts
• Visualize a beautiful, loving, healing light almost like a laser zapping these thoughts ever so gently
• Feel your mind freeing ?
• All limiting thoughts have been excavated
• Breathe deeply
• When you feel complete, open your eyes

Creating a Life of Honor
• Close your eyes – Feet are on the ground
• And again Breathing deeply
• Moving into the Heart center
• Imagining what life would look like if you were in every moment honoring yourself through self love/care
• What would life FEEL like in this space
• SEE IT – FEEL IT - BREATHE IT IN
• When you feel complete, open your eyes
• Take a moment to write down what you saw and felt
• Create a self care affirmation
• Look at it regularly
• Know you are worth it
