These workshops were created and are offered with the intention of providing opportunities to delve into ourselves, coming away renewed and empowered with new awareness, tools and insight. Contact us for class specifics. Any of these classes can be brought to your group of 5 or more.

Awakening the Goddess Within - 6 hours
Join us for a unique experiential journey into the divine feminine. Through the use of self-exploration, breath, guided visualization, and movement, we will connect and become accustom to the creative and very powerful GODDESS energy that lives within every woman. We will also explore common thoughts, feelings, and conditionings about being female that act as roadblocks to claiming our GODDESS selves. Come and awaken the GODDESS within.

The Sensual Goddess - 4 hours
Join us as we explore the divine feminine within through our sacred sensual nature. We will examine Goddess lore personifying our sensual gifts as female, come to new awareness about how we have dimmed or blocked our sensual nature, and open to and awaken our senses fully thru the use of breath, movement, guided visualization and fun sensory rich activities. The focus of this course is awakening to the senses and is non-sexual in nature.

Awakening the Goddess Within Hike Series
A day of women gathering in the nourishing environment of nature. We will hike in sacred meditative silence, gather in circle and discuss an aspect of the divine feminine, sharing the wisdom and warmth of our hearts. All hikes are easy-moderate. A Woman Who KNOWS and LOVES Herself Can and Will Change the World.

Taking Time to Honor Ourselves - 3 hours
Spend a lovely afternoon connecting with yourself. This class is both lecture and experiential in nature and will include centering breath work, guided visualizations, as well as opportunities to examine what areas of your life are draining or nourishing you. We will also discuss and create individualized strategies for taking time to honor ourselves.

Chakra Cleansing and Balancing - 3 hours
This class is lecture and experiential in nature. A brief introduction of the chakra system and its' workings will be presented, followed by guided meditations, visualizations and simple techniques for connecting to the chakras and cleansing away negative or stagnant energies as well as the release of energetic cords. Clear the way for more vitality and a healthier you.

Coming of Age: A Celebration for Our Daughters - 3 hours
A special evening of celebration for our daughters who have recently received the gift of their menstrual cycle and started the beautiful journey into womanhood. The evening will include a historical/cultural perspective of the cycle, our connection to the earth and moon cycles, ideas on how to honor this time of the month instead of dreading it. Additionally, we will create a special ceremony honoring our daughters coming of age. Moms/female guardians are invited to attend with their daughter(s).
